Gado Gado is a beach break near the famous beachfront restaurant of the same name. A small river mouth here helps shape the sandbanks into better-than-average peaks.
The river outflow creates sandbank formations that produce more defined A-frame peaks than the surrounding beach. Both lefts and rights work, with the rights often slightly better. Can produce surprisingly hollow waves when conditions align.
Dry season (April-October) with moderate swells. Best around mid tide. Morning glass offers the cleanest conditions.
