Old Man's is the calmer neighbor of Batu Bolong, offering similar mellow waves with significantly fewer surfers in the water.
A gentle wave breaks over reef, producing long, rolling faces ideal for longboarding and intermediate shortboarding. Both lefts and rights work. Less powerful than Batu Bolong but more predictable and less chaotic.
Dry season (April-October) with moderate SW swells. Mid to high tide. SE trade winds. Works on the same swells as Batu Bolong.
