Small, gentle waves break over a sandy bottom. The bay's sheltered position means the waves rarely get over waist-high, making it one of Bali's safest spots for absolute beginners. Multiple peaks spread along the wide beach.
Works year-round for small waves. Cleanest during dry season mornings. The sheltered bay blocks most swell, so do not expect big waves.
Easy beach access from the Jimbaran seafood strip. Plenty of parking and restaurants.
