Melasti offers something rare on the Bukit Peninsula - two breaks in one location that cater to completely different ability levels.
The outer reef produces advanced-level waves with power and barrel potential, while the inside section offers gentle, rolling waves perfect for beginners. Both break over coral reef, but the inside has more depth and is more forgiving.
Both seasons work depending on the break. The outer reef needs more swell. Mid to high tide for both. The beach itself is stunning with white sand and dramatic cliffs.
