Soka is a right-hand reef break along the scenic west coast highway between Balian and Medewi, rarely surfed due to its extremely shallow bottom.
A fast right breaks over very shallow reef and rock. The wave has good shape when the conditions align but the extreme shallowness limits its surfability. For advanced surfers who know how to handle shallow reef.
Dry season (April-October) with moderate SW swells. Mid to high tide only. SE trade winds. Rarely surfed.
Visible from the coast road between Balian and Medewi. Beach access from pull-offs.
